Deposit Info & Cancellation Policy

The deposit secures your trip date and is non-refundable. Trips canceled within 10 days of the scheduled date will be charged the remaining balance.

We understand that plans can change. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. We will always do our best to reschedule your trip to a future date when availability allows, and we will work with you to find the best solution whenever possible.

Our peak season dates are limited and in high demand. Scheduled trips allow us to clearly communicate availability to other clients, secure private access when needed, and sustain our guiding operations throughout the season, especially in the slower winter months. We truly appreciate your business and the opportunity to share Michigan’s rivers with you.

Weather Policy
Fishing is an outdoor experience, and many of the best days on the water happen in less-than-perfect weather. Trips will generally proceed as scheduled unless there is significant flooding, dangerous water conditions, or severe weather that creates a safety concern.

If weather or river conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your trip at no penalty whenever possible.
